| - There is a minimum 3 night booking period - *There is a minimum 7 night booking period - Once booking has been accepted by email the booking will be held for 48 hours subject to deposit - First nights accomodation cost will be requested as the deposit - Balance required 7 days prior to check in date. - If booking made less than 7 days prior to check in full payment is required at time of booking - A credit card number is required along with all bookings. - Payment accepted via bank transfer. - All Credit Card Payments have an additional 3% bank surcharge. - The deposit is not refundable if cancelled unless the property is rebooked. - If the property is re booked at a lesser rate then difference will be refundable. - All refunds will be subject to a $75 administration charge. - Information contained within the website is design for reference no guarantee applies to availability or booking until confirmed in writing |
