The property is located towards the end of Lake Esplanade next to Rydges Hotel. Lake Esplanade is accessed from Shotover Street (main street through town)then Beach Street.
If you are driving you will see a sign saying “Esplanade Residences” you need to turn right into the property and drive along the rear driveway and you will see the car parking space for Residence 6. The garage is not available for car use only secure storage.
If arriving by taxi the easiest access is via the front door and you will see Residence 6 is clearly marked and you will have direct access through the gate.
